Bulletin 3 for WDOC23 is finally out!

After a couple of days with uncertainty regarding the Final Entry summary we finally received the numbers only 2 days ago. And today ICSD sent out the official Bulletin 3 for the upcoming WDOC23 to all Deaf Sports Federations!

The Bulletin contains several important information that is relevant for every participants in both 5th World Deaf Orienteering Championship but also Deaf Masters Orienteering World Cup.
